Request Account Deletion

How the request works

Submit the form below with the email address linked to your Mountly account. Select "Account deletion request" as the reason so the request reaches the right team.

We delete your account and the personal data attached to it, including your order and activity history, saved preferences and in-app data.

Some records are kept where the law requires it: transactional records needed for legal or tax obligations, security and fraud-prevention logs, and records needed to answer legal requests.
